What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)
- 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Experience in Sourcing, Candidate Management
- Qualify candidates by conducting phone and in-person interviews, obtain work history, education, job skills and salary.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Coordinate with internal team to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Coordinate and see through the entire recruitment process
- Perform pre-screening calls and interviews to analyze applicants’ abilities and fit to company culture
